We are open every day of the week with classes throughout the day at specific times.

Class times are:

Monday – Thursday      5:30, 630,and 9:00 a.m., 5:30,6:30, and 7:30 p.m.
Friday                                  5:30, 630,and 9:00 a.m.  5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Saturday                             9:00 a.m. Free CrossFit class 7 am-9 am reservation only open Gym
Sunday                                 12 to 2 pm reservation only open Gym.

Child Care is available by reservation. (Mom swap.  You watch your friends kids, they watch yours)

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday  at 630 pm LBN (These are foundation classes to get you started right.)

We offer foundation classes Monday through Friday 630 Am and 9 Am.

Monday through Friday at 630 am Runners specific training.

Don’t Need or want a class?

Saturday at 9 am is free 7-9 am is open Gym.

Sunday 12 to 2 is open Gym

        open gym is reservation only for our unlimited members

Please call to reserve your class time on Saturday and Sunday

Coaches are available for questions and pointers during open gym they will not offer unsolicited instruction.

We are available for private sessions at your convenience.
Private session include Barbell club, running clinics, and CrossFit training.
We have a rate for private groups.
