We are open every day of the week with classes throughout the day at specific times.

Class times are: Starting July 1st 930 am will be moved to 9 am
Monday – Thursday 5:30 and 9:00 a.m., 4:30,6:00, and 7:00 p.m.
Friday 5:30 and 9:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. Free CrossFit class Saturday 7 am-9 am reservation only open Gym
Sunday 12:30 to 2:30 pm reservation only open Gym
Child Care is available by reservation. (PR program. You watch your friends kids, they watch yours)
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 600 pm (These are foundation classes to get you started right.)
Runners specific training is available, just call. We will set up a class for your running group and guarantee you a faster 5 k time.

Coaches are available for questions and pointers during open gym they will not offer unsolicited instruction.

Private session include Barbell club, running clinics, and CrossFit training.
