We are open every day of the week with classes throughout the day at specific times.

Class times are:

Monday – Thursday      5:30, 630,and 9:00 a.m., 5:30,6:30, and 7:30 p.m.
Friday                                  5:30, 630,and 9:00 a.m.  5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Saturday                             9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Sunday                                 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Child Care is available by reservation. (Mom swap.  You watch your friends kids, they watch yours)

Monday through Friday at 630 pm LBN (These are foundation classes to get you started right.)

We offer foundation classes Monday through Friday 630 Am 9 Am and 630 Pm.

Monday through Friday at 630 am Runners specific training.

Don’t Need or want a class?

Saturday at 9 am is free 7-9 am is open Gym.

 Sunday 12 to 2 is open Gym

        open gym is reservation only for our unlimited members

Please call to reserve your class time on Saturday and Sunday

Coaches are available for questions and pointers during open gym they will not offer them unsolicited.

We are available for private sessions at your convenience.
Private session include running clinics and CrossFit training.
We have a rate for private groups.

      Hi kathy,

      We have numerous programs to follow. For starting out, you will need to do a free one-on-one consultation. If you are new to crossfit, you will need to complete our crossfit fundamentals. You have an option to do our on-ramp program which is $240.00 for 6 sessions (one on one training geared to prepare the uninitiated for normal classes, on your schedule.) Or you can start our LBN program which meets 3x a week (mon,wed,thur) at 6pm. This course is 90$ a month and will prepare you for our normal classes in 9 weeks.

      After your fundamentals training, it is 385$ a month (meets 3x a week, on your schedule) for private sessions or 90$-120$ a month for our daily classes (see our “schedule” tab on the main page) depending on how may times you plan to attend each week.

  2. hello, we are from new brunswick canada and we are going on vacation to florida sunday till saturday we would love to drop on for a wod. we own our own crossfit gym here! how much is a drop in :)!? thanks

      We love hosting visitors. Give us a call 321 636 4206 and we can talk about drop in rates. We are pretty easy to bribe with a shirt from your box or if you buy one of ours.
