Tiger Warmup (No Measure)

Empty Bar

10 good mornings

10 squats

10 push press

10 snatch grip deadlift

3 power snatch

2 squat snatch


Warm-up (No Measure)

Muscle up work

Beat swings, kipping, hip extension, hips to the bar……..
20 Min take some mindful practice here


Metcon (Time)

1 mile run (<10min)

immediately followed by



Muscle ups

Squat Snatch (135/95)
Choose a weight that you can do in 2 sets. Singles are a strategic choice, not a necessity.
