Deck of Cards (AMRAP – Rounds)

2x face value of cards.

Hearts= Burpees

Diamonds = Jumping squats

Clubs = Situps

Spades = hand release push ups

Joker = 30 sec rest
As a team get trhough the deck as many times as possible in 30 Min

stack spent cards in seperate space to count reps done
