400m run

2 x : 30 Lizard stretch + 10 quadruped thoracic extension-rotations

Alternating EMOM x 6

20-30 DU

7 Empty BB front squats

Power Clean (3 x 3 @ 80%)

Bulgarian Split Squat (4 x 8)

3 sets of 6-8 reps on each leg

Place back foot on two 45 pound plates

perform exercise with DB or KBs in hand
4 x 8

Box Jumps 20/24

KB swings 53/35
