Metcon (Time)

For time with partner:

800m run (together)

70 Sit-ups (switch every 10, partner holds plank)

60 wall ball passes ( throw over bar)

50 Jumping lunges (switch any way)

40 Pull-ups (switch every 5)

30 KB swings (switch at 15)

20 bupress over partner in plank (switch every 5)
