Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 sets of: 10 Air squats + 10 ring rows + 10 KB swings + :30 Samson stretch

Front Squat (3 x 3 @ 85%)

Bulgarian Split Squat (3 x 10)

3 sets of 6-8 reps on each leg

Place back foot on two 45 pound plates

perform exercise with DB or KBs in hand

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 Min AMRAP

12 tire flips

10 Alteranating step-ups

200m run
