Warm-up (No Measure)

2 sets of: :30 lizard stretch + :30 pigeon stretch

2 rounds of empty barbell complex: 5 RDLs + 5 Clean pulls + 5 Front squats + 5 Hang power cleans + 5 hang cleans

Back Squat (5 x 3 @ 85%)

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

400m run

25 KB swings #70/45
