2 sets of foam roll: Hamstrings + Quads + Lats

3 sets of: 6 Single leg RDls +6 KB windmills + 6 Goblet squats

Straight leg deadlifts (3 x 10 @65%)

Perform deadlifts with a straight or slightly flexed knee position

Fran (Time)

Thrusters, 95# / 65#

Dumbbell Hammer curls ( 2 x 12)

Dummbell Hammer curls
