in teams of three alternate to complete AMRAP in 20 mins
10 goblet carry walking lunges #35/15
10 burpees
Each team gets three stations – one works, while two “rest”. Teammate #1 completes couplet, while teammate #2 holds plank, and teammate # holds pull-ups. When teammate #1 completes couplet they tag out teammates and they rotate. #2 goes to couplet. #3 goes to plank. #1 goes to pull-up
