Warm-up (No Measure)

400m row

3 rounds of: 10 lunge with twist + 10 reverse lunge into samson stretch + 10 ring rows + :20 side planks

Front Squat (4 x 4 @ 80%)

Deadlift (3 x 2 @ 85% of TM)

TM = 90% of 1RM

Strict Toes-To-Bar (accumulate 50 reps)

RX+ add a wall ball in between legs
