26.2 CrossFit – LBN

Deadlift (3 x 5)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

For each of the following, partners will alternate complete rounds, and work through as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes:

16 Kettlebell Swings

8 Ring rows

Rest 3 minutes, and then…

8 Alternating Step-ups

8 Push-ups

Rest 3 minutes, and then…

8 Alternating Single-Arm DB/KB Snatches

8 V-Ups
