Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 sets of: 10 Four point squats + 10 Ring rows + :30 PVC shoulder external rotations

Paused Front Squat (4 x 3 @ 75%)

3 second pause on each rep

Goblet Lateral Lunges (3 x 8)

Holding KB/DB in Goblet position

Perform repetitions lunging laterally to each side.

Complete desired reps before switching to next leg

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time:

75 DU

25 Burpees

15 Deadlifts #135/95
