3 sets of: 10 inch worms (no push-up) + 10 ring rows + :30 Samson Stretch

Metcon (Weight)

4 Sets of:

Barbell Bent Over Rows x 8-10 reps

Partner Nordic Hamstring Curls x 6 reps

Dummbell Curls 10-12 reps

Rest 1:00 between sets
Complete the exercises in a Tri-set manner. Take a break at the completion of the three exercises
