Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 sets: 10 goblet squats + 10 KB swings + 10 KB deadlifts

Front Squat (2 x 2 @ 80%)

Deadlift (1 x 6 @ 80% of TM)

TM= Training max (90%)

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

50 m double KB/DB OH lunge #35/15

100m Farmer carry
