For time:

100 DU

50 Air squats

40 Barbell Push-presses #95/65

30 Cal row

20 Box jumps

100m run

Dumbbell reverse flys (3 x 15)

Bent over Dumbbell reverse flys
If athlete is working towards first strict Pull-Up perform:

2 x 5 of eccentric pull-up

3 x 3-5 banded pull-ups

instead of reverse flys
