Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

2 sets: foam roll calves + Adductors

2 sets empty barbell: From hang position: 3 Hang (@knee) high pulls + 3 Hang power snatch + 3 OHS with :03 pause at bottom

Hang Snatch (2 x 2 @ 85%)

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

2 rope climbs + 8 Turkish get-ups + 200m run
8 total turkish get-ups (4 each side) #35/15

Dumbbell Bicep curls (3 x 10)

Dumbbell curls
