Supinated grip for barbell rows today. athlete should use a weight that they can maintain positioning with minimal movement at the hips while rowing

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute Amrap

15 Pull-ups

12 Push-Jerks (from ground) #95/65
