For time with partner:

50 ring pull-ups (cumulative switch anytime)

100m farmer carries #70/55 (do together. when partner stops you stop)

50 Front rack lunges DB #55/35 (cumulative, switch anytime)

Wheel barrel partner for four reps (one rep down and back, cumulative)

50 DB squat cleans (cumulative switch anytime)
