Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

40 Single-Unders

30 Alternating Dumbbell Clean & press

20 Goblet Squats

10 Banded/Jumping Pull-Ups
