Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 sets of: 5 KB RDLs + 10 Single leg glute bridges + :30 sec side planks

Sumo Deadlift (3 x 6 @ 65%)

3 second pause at or slightly below knee.

If you don’t have a current max. use your best judgement on weight selection

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 minute time cap

5 box jumps

7 toes to bar

9 Kettlebell swings
