Men perform single-unders, 45lb. OHS, Chin-over bar pull-ups (for both MU sets), 35-lb DB snatches.

Women perform single-unders, 35-lb OHS, Chin-over-bar-pull-ups (for both MU sets), 20 -lb. DB snatches
