quadruped T-spine rotations x 10

Arm circles forward x 12

Arm circles backwards x 12

Wide push-ups x 6

Diamond push-ups x 6

Bench Press (1×6 @80%)

Inverted ring row (3 x AMRAP)

Feet are elevated on bench while performing a ring row

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

10 Burpee Pull-ups (scale jumping PU)

15 Toes to bar

20 Push-ups
