Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m run

3 sets of: 10 four point squats +lunge with twist + :30 lizard stretch

Hang Clean (6 x 4 @65%)

Paused Back Squat (5 x 5 @ 65%)

3 second pause at the bottom of the squat.

Weighted 1 Mile Run (Time)

Run with a 25# weight vest
