spend five minutes rolling out upper back + lats with roller

2 sets of: empty barbell behind the neck push press + 10 OH squats

Hang Snatch (4 x 2 @ 80%)

Metcon (No Measure)

Not for time

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Ring rows

:10-:15 sec Hand-stand hold between the sets

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 min AMRAP

Power Clean #75/55

Pull-ups

(Starting at 1 rep, add a rep each consecutive round)
jumping pull-ups for sub.

This workout is a short sprint. So go hard 🙂
