30 sec break between sets. Move the bar with speed and control. This is suppose to be light

Half Kneeling Bottom Up Kettlebell Press (3 x 10)

One knee down in Samson position.

Flip bottom Side of KB up towards ceiling

One arm at a time.

Metcon (Calories)

10 sets of 1 minute (:40 work/:20 rest)

Row for cals
if limited on rower, can sub assualt bike or double unders
