2 sets of :30 couch stretch + :30 pigeon + 10 cat-cows

2 sets of 10 air squats + 10 GHD hip extensions

Hang Clean (3 x 6 @ 70%)

Back Squat (3 x 8 @ 70%)

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

50 Double unders

30 KB swings #55/35

15 Goblet squats
