3 sets of: 10 goblet squats + 10 Glute bridges + :30 Samson stretch

Deadlift (1RM)

Take 20 mins to find new max

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 min AMRAP

8 Front squats #95/65

10 Burpees over bar

12 Toes to bar
