3 sets of: 10 Foam roll upper back + lats + 12 PVC pipe OH squats

Hang Snatch (4 x 6 @ 65%)

Same goal as monday. working on barbell cycling

Tabata Alternating Hollow holds and Arch holds (8 x :20/:10)

each set of :20s you will switch from hollow hold to arch hold
