Bench Press (1 x 8 @ 70%)

Half Kneeling Bottom Up Kettlebell Press (3 x 12)

One knee down in Samson position.

Flip bottom Side of KB up towards ceiling

One arm at a time.

Handstand Holds

3 x 1 min
