Romanian Deadlift (3 x 12)

Double Doom (Time)

For time

Deadlifts #135/95

Burpees

Rest 5 minutes

3 rounds for time

40 Double unders

12-9-6

Box jumps
record total time of both metcons. Don’t add the 5 minute rest
