Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m run

3 sets of Empty bar x 10 Front squats + 10 Sotts press x 10 Bent over rows

Hang Clean (4 x 6 @ 65%)

Goal here is to pratice cycling the reps.

Can be power or squat cleans or mixture of two during sets

Back Squat (3 x 8 @ 65%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 min AMRAP

200m row

12 kettlebell swings #55/35

8 Kettlebell Snatches
4 snatches each arm.
