3 sets of: 10 goblet squats + 10 KB swings + 10 ring rows
Front Squat (1 x 2 @ 80%)
Narrow stance heel elevated goblet squats (3 x 15)
Put heels on the back of one 10 or 15 pound plate.
Feet are narrow.
Stay upright and allow knees to travel forward.
focus is the quads
Chase the PUMP! rest periods kept short :15-:30 seconds
