Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 sets of: :15 world greatest stretch + 10 lung with twist + 10 four point squats

Pause front squats (3 x 3 @ 80%)

Pause :03 on each rep at the bottom of the front squat
3 second holds

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 min AMRAP

12 OH walking lunges DB/KB #35/15

12 Burpees over the bar

6 Deadlifts #135/95
Hold two Dumbbells or Kettlebells over head for the lunges.

men= 2-> 35lbs

female= 2 ->15lbs
