3 sets: 5 goblet squat (5 sec pauses) + 15 singles

Paused Front Squat (3 x 3 @ 75%)

5 second pause in hole

GHD hip extensions (3 x 15)

GHD hip extensions. Focus should be on initiating movement through the glutes and maintaining neutral spine

50-40-30-20-10
Double-unders
Sit-ups

Metcon (No Measure)

800m jog/walk cool down
