Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

2 x 10 pass through with rollers. Taregt: quads, adductors, calves, glute

2 sets: 10 goblet squats +10 Glute bridges

Front Squat (4 x 3 @ 80% of 1RM)

Deadlift (3 x 2 @ 85% of TM (90%))

Metcon (No Measure)

Accumulate strict toes to bar

50 repetitions
take each set to muscular failure
