Warm-up (No Measure)

Warm-up

400m run

3 sets with Kb : 10 Sotts press + 10 Double front rack KB squats

Overhead Squat (3 x 3 @ 80% of 1RM snatch)

Pause 3 seconds at bottom

Cossack lunge (3 10 each side)

Lateral lunge holding KB like goblet squat

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM x 10

3 Burpees

6 Push-ups

9 Ab-mat sit-ups
