3 sets of 10 air squats + 10 push-ups + 3 box jumps

Back Squat (1 x 1 @ 80%)

Buddy hammies (3 x 8)

Hamstring curl with partner

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

35 Ab mat sit ups

25 air squats

5 wall walks
