3 sets of 10 inch worms + spiderman lunges

Clean and Jerk (2 x 2 @70%)

Clean and Jerk (2 x 1 @ 75%)

Metcon (Distance)

15 mins for distance

Rower

Dumbbell reverse flys (3 x 8)

Bent over Dumbbell reverse flys
Banded pull-ups 5 x 3-5 (use challenging band)
