3 rounds of 10 air squats + 10 push-ups + 10 Pull-ups

Metcon (Time)

Partner Chipper

For time

60 Wall balls

50 box jumps

40 Burpees over bar

30 Toes to bar

20 Hang power cleans #135/95

10 Shoulder to overhead

15 min time cap
partner split work up as desired. must atless do one rep
