Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 rounds of :30s Samson stretch, Lizard stretch, and 10 Goblet squats

Back Squat (1 x 1 @ 95%)

Deadlift (5 x 2 @ 80% of TM)

% off of 90% (training max)

Metcon (Time)

1 mile go ruck run

Every 400m alternate

15 Clean & jerks

15 Front squats
No go ruck use weight vest and perform 15 squats at each 400m
