Hang Snatch (1 x 1 @ 90%)

Above knee

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

10 OH squats + 15 L-sit Pull-us + 10 Push jerks + 15 Knees to elbow + 10 Hang cleans +15 Burpees #75/45
