Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

Every 100 perform 10 squats

then 2 sets of 10 cat-camel + 10 side plank crunches

Back Squat (3 x 1 @ 90%)

Buddy hammies (3 x 6)

Hamstring curl with partner
Lower self under control while partner holds back of your legs

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 10 min

Toes to bar

Air squats

(starting at one, add a rep each round)
Weight vest
