Back Squat (1 x 3 @ 90%)

GHD hip extensions (3 x 10)

GHD hip extensions. Focus should be on initiating movement through the glutes and maintaining neutral spine

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 min AMRAP

3 power cleans #95/65

6 Thrusters

9 Ring rows
