400m run

3 sets of: 10 four point squat + 5 push-ups+ :30 Samson stretch

Hang Snatch (4 x 2 @85%)

Low Hang snatch lowering bar to about 2-3″ from floor

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for time

3 rope climbs + 10 T2B + 400m run
