Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 sets: 5 Back squats + 5 Good mornings + 5 BB row

Back Squat (1 x 5 @ 87% 1RM)

or 5-10lbs more than tuesdays weight.

Then Drop weight by 20% and perform AMRAP

Deadlift (1 x 4 @ 85% off TM)

TM = 90% of 1RM

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

50m Double KB/DB OH lunge #55/35

200m farmer carry

400m run
