Clean and Jerk (3 x 2 @ 75%)

Clean and Jerk (3 x 1 @ 82.5%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8 min AMRAP

3 Med ball clean

100m row

(add one rep each round to med ball clean)

Dumbbell Lat pull overs (3 x 12)

Dumbbell Lat pull-overs
or Eccentric Pull-ups 4 x 6

If still working on first pull-ups
