3 sets with empty barbell

5 Squat cleans

5 presses in split jerk position

Clean and Jerk (3 x 2 @65%)

Clean and Jerk (2 x 1 @ 75%)

Metcon (Time)

For time:

1 mile run
rx+ weighted vest or go ruck

Chin up (3 x 5)

under grip pull up
Weight vhin-ups. Banded Chin-ups 3 x 3-5
