Clean and Jerk (3 x 2 + 1 @80%)

jerk on last clean

Clean and Jerk (3 x 1 @ 85%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM X 10

30 Double unders (ODD)

15 Burpees (EVEN)

Chin up (5 x 5)

under grip pull up
Weighted Chin-ups 5 x 5. Banded Pull-up 5 x 3-5 (use band that makes this challenging)
