Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m run

10 Goblet squats + 10 Bodyweight single glute bridges

Back Squat (1 x 8 @ 78-82%)

attempt to add 5 more pounds from last Fridays back squat weight

Kettlebell Swing (3 x 15)

HEAVY KB. can even opt to swing two KBs

Metcon (Time)

For time

Run 1 mile

Do 100x squats at 1/2 mile mark (800m)
RX+ with vest
