Clean and Jerk (3×1 @80% off 1RM)

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

50 Double-unders

30 Ab mat sit-ups

Pull-ups (5 x 5)

Weighted Pull-ups or eccentric pull-ups 5 x 5
